Your treatment begins with a brief consultation so that you can inform your therapist of any special concerns or needs, and it ends with your therapist sharing his or her findings and making recommendations for you to achieve long-lasting results.
Considered to be the most universal of all massage, Swedish massage techniques are used to soothe the body and mind for ultimate relaxation. Melt away stress and muscle tension in this full-body treatment with benefits to include increased circulation, improved flexibility, and a calming effect for the nervous system creating an overall sense of well-being. Swedish-style is a light to medium pressure massage.

Ideal for those with issues of chronic muscle tension/pain, sports enthusiasts, or those experienced with massage. Deep tissue massage melts away tension, eases tight muscles and soreness through focused attention to specific muscle groups. This highly therapeutic technique focuses on reaching the deeper muscle layers, tendons and fascia with the paramount aim of reducing stiffness. Deep tissue massage improves circulation and range of motion while flushing toxins to promote healing and full body wellness. Deep tissue is a medium to deep pressure massage.

Unlike full body massage, this massage uses a multi technique approach focusing on specific areas to increase flexibility and decrease muscle tension, tightness and pain. Our therapists adapt their eclectic techniques to tailor a treatment that’s right for you.

Our Lomi Lomi massage provides a whole body experience for ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation. This technique focuses on a continuous flow of hands to further your relaxation, calm your nervous system, and promote harmony and overall balance. Lomi Lomi, which means “rub” or “massage” in Hawaiian, is a traditional Hawaiian massage technique used to bring about physical as well as mental relaxation. According to the Huma philosophy of Hawaii, the mind and the body are invariably interlinked and mutually interdependent. Good health depends on having both aspects in harmonious balance. The Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage seeks to rid the body of physical and mental stresses, and free up the energy flow.

Pregnancy is a powerful and exciting time. It can also be exhausting. This gentle yet therapeutic pampering massage is a safe, healthy way to reduce stress for both mother and baby while relieving discomfort from muscle cramps and aches brought on from pregnancy. Tailored specifically to the needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies, this massage will relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility, while producing necessary levels of relaxation needed for expectant mothers. Our therapists are trained to adjust their techniques and are specially trained in how to position and support your body throughout the massage. They understand positioning during your massage is critical to the safety and well-being of both you and your baby. Please Note: Only for those past their first trimester.

Reflexology is based on the premise that particular reflex points in the feet correspond to areas/organs of the body’s systems. Stimulating pressure and massage is applied to particular points in the feet to remedy problems associated with those specific body parts and organs and promote healing. This reduces stress, improves blood circulation, stimulates the function of nerves, improves immune health, increases energy levels and brings a total body balance and a sense of overall well-being.
