APPOINTMENTS AND RESERVATIONS

We strongly recommend that you schedule spa appointments prior to your arrival. Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a credit card. Minors must be accompanied by an adult during services

CHECK-IN

To make the most of your experience every effort is made to ensure treatments begin on time. We suggest that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will allow you ample time to sign in, fill out client cards, and relax in our lounge area.

CELL PHONES

We strive to provide our guests with a tranquil and private escape from the outside world. Please help us by turning off cell phones, personal electronic devices, and cameras when entering the spa.

CANCELLATIONS

We request that cancellations or appointment reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance for single services and 48 hours in advance for multiple treatments. Failure to reschedule in advance will result in a full price charge. No show appointments will be charged in full.All services are guaranteed with a credit card on file. Please note a cancellation is free of charge for all treatments cancelled 24 hours prior to appointment time. Any treatments missed or cancelled day of service will be charged at the full price. We appreciate your understanding.

LATE SHOW

As a courtesy to our other clients, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time and will be charged the full-service fee.

SPECIAL MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Please be sure to notify us, especially your therapist, about any special medical conditions or requirements before you begin your treatment. Some medical conditions may require consulting with your physician prior to receiving spa services

VALUABLES

The spa is not responsible for damage or loss of your personal belongings. Please do not bring valuables.

We accept major credit cards, Venmo, and cash.
